  • Voice recordings: If you use our voice-to-text feature, audio is processed to convert speech to text. Audio recordings are not stored after transcription is complete.
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers.

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, referral source (e.g., UTM parameters from ads), and interaction patterns.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen size, and IP address.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS notifications during the order process, we may send you text messages about your order status (e.g., when your song is ready, when your video is complete, delivery confirmation).

  • Message frequency: You will receive approximately 2-5 messages per order, depending on the services you purchase.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
  • Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at hello@memorezy.com.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
  • We will not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Amazon Web Services (hosting and video rendering), OpenAI (voice transcription), Anthropic (AI-assisted lyrics), Meta (advertising analytics), and other vendors necessary to operate our services.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

  • Order data and media: Retained for as long as needed to deliver and support your order, and for a reasonable period afterward so you can re-download your files.
  • Voice recordings: Deleted immediately after transcription. We do not store raw audio.
  • Account data: Retained until you request deletion.
