3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Only upload photos and content that you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring you have consent from any individuals depicted in your photos.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

The songs, videos, and other creative works produced by Memorezy are generated using advanced music and video technology. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use your purchased song and video for personal, non-commercial purposes (sharing with family and friends, posting on social media, playing at events, etc.).

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Memorezy-created content without our written permission. Memorezy retains the right to use anonymized, non-personally-identifiable aspects of created content (e.g., musical styles, production techniques) to improve our services.

Automated Content Creation

Our songs and videos are created using advanced music and video generation technology. While we strive for high quality, automatically generated content may occasionally contain imperfections. You acknowledge that our content is technology-assisted and may not be perfect.

5. Pricing and Payments

• Free preview: You can create a song and preview a watermarked video at no cost.
• Paid tiers: Unlocking HD downloads and additional features requires payment. Current pricing is displayed on our website during checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Promotional pricing, discounts, and first-time offers are available at our discretion and may be time-limited.
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
