How Refunds Work

• 30-day refund window: You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
• How to request: Email us at hello@memorezy.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
• Processing time: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Partial refunds: If you purchased add-ons (USB drive, video greeting card, etc.) that have already shipped, we may issue a partial refund for the digital portion only.

If something isn't right with your song or video, let us try to fix it first:

• Song not quite right? You get free song regenerations and can swap between song options at no extra cost.
• Want changes? Email us and we'll work with you to get the song and video to your liking.
• Technical issues? Contact us and we'll resolve any playback, download, or delivery problems.
